Chronic back & neck pain relief
Personalized posture therapy, backed by clinical research.
Postureletics reads your posture from four photos, pinpoints the misalignments behind your pain, and builds a personalized corrective program you do at home in 15 minutes a day. The method it's based on was tested against standard medical care in a randomized trial published in JAMA.

Backed by clinical research
Postureletics is built on individualized posture therapy - an approach tested head-to-head against conventional medical care in a randomized controlled trial published in JAMA, one of the world's leading peer-reviewed medical journals.
* Based on the SPINE CARE randomized clinical trial. Choudhry NK, et al. JAMA. 2022;328(23):2334–2344 (doi:10.1001/jama.2022.22625). Krebs EE, Goldsmith ES. JAMA. 2022;328(23):2307–2309 (doi:10.1001/jama.2022.21833).
The method
Treat the cause, not the spot that hurts
Most chronic back and neck pain isn't a problem of the spot that hurts. It's the result of the body drifting out of its natural alignment, with one joint or disc quietly carrying more load than it was built for.
Muscles switch off
Sit 6–10 hours a day for years and the deep muscles that hold you upright go quiet from disuse.
Other muscles compensate
Muscles built for movement get drafted into holding duty, tightening and pulling your joints out of alignment.
The weakest point pays
Weight stops being shared evenly, and one disc, shoulder, or knee carries more than its share until it hurts. The pain shows up there; the cause sits elsewhere.
This is why treating the painful area so often fails, and why the correction has to be individualized - your pattern is specific to you, and the exercises have to address it in the right order.
The technology
Computer-vision posture analysis
The app analyzes four photos of your posture against the body's structural design, mapping your shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles and measuring how far each sits from where it should. You get a posture score and a precise list of your deviations - the assessment a specialist does by eye, made quantified and repeatable. Retake the photos as you progress and the program recalculates around your new measurements.
The process
How the program works
Assess
Four photos. Computer vision maps your joints, measures every deviation, and turns it into a posture score you can track.

Correct
A sequence of gentle corrective exercises matched to your pattern, in the order that keeps one fix from undoing another. 15 minutes a day at home, with a wall, a chair, and a pillow.

Reassess
Every few weeks, retake the photos. Your score updates and the program adapts, so you're always working on what your body needs now.

How it differs
How posture therapy differs from other approaches
Hands the same protocol to everyone with the same diagnosis. Your pain pattern isn't a diagnosis. It's yours.
Can realign you on the table. Without retraining the muscles that pulled you out of alignment, the body drifts right back.
Made for everyone, which means made for no one. The same exercise that helps a flat lower back can make an arched one worse. Unassessed, it's a risk.
Starts with your assessment, corrects your specific pattern, and adapts as your body changes.

The founder
Built by a certified specialist who lived the problem
Postureletics was created by Daniyar Abenov, a certified posture alignment specialist. After more than a decade of his own chronic back pain - and no lasting relief from doctors, medication, or therapy - individualized posture therapy is what finally worked. He trained in it, got certified, and spent six years treating more than 2,000 people 1:1 in his clinics and online, across 20+ countries, before building that work into an app.
